Stage Select Oddness

If you look at the icon located in the lower right hand side of the screen, you can see the icon for the Hidden Palace. And if you just look at the names, you see a lot of Sonic & Knuckles Zones. Also, the Sound Test has all of the S&K tunes playable.

Just more proof that Sonic 3 was started as one huge project, then cut into two mediocre games and Lock-on bullshit.
